Care Partner to Caregiver is an educational partner with Seniors Living Smarter in Georgetown. Seniors Living Smarter offers in-person and on-line free educational monthly seminars. The goal of the free seminars is to equip, educate, and inspire seniors to make informed choices and empowered decisions concerning lifestyle goals (Seniors Living Smarter).​

Care Partner to Caregiver is an advocate with the Alzheimer's Impact Movement (AIM) and will be at the Texas Capitol speaking with Legislators to act on Alzheimer's and dementia policies that will improve the lives of Texas families impacted by Alzheimer's and other related dementias.

Care Partner to Caregiver will be presenting to the Sun City Nurse’s Group on "The Important Role Nurses Play in Advocacy." We will be joined by Faith Lane, Director of Programs and Jody Wills, Program Manager, Alzheimer’s Association Capitol of Texas Chapter and Susan Eissler, Frontal Temporal Lobe Disorders Advocate.

Seniors Living Smarter offers free monthly seminars designed to educate, equip, and inspire seniors to be prepared and live a full life. Seniors Living Smarter was Founded by Virginia Lazenby, a Georgetown resident, Certified Senior Housing Professional, Senior Real Estate Specialist, and Certified Downsizing Coach.
